Guava-Lime Kombucha Shooters – a simple and delicious summer cocktail (or mocktail) that is light and refreshing!
Can you guys tell I need a vacation? All I seem to be gravitating towards these days are draaanks. Soon, very soon! But, until then you get to enjoy this parade of delicious cocktails 😊 Up next for you are these (freakin) amazing Guava-Lime Kombucha Shooters. Simple, delicious and hey, maybe you don’t feel so bad about yourself since you are drinking mainly kombucha?!?! (or feel free to nix the tequila and enjoy an awesome mocktail).
There are so many amazing kombucha companies out there and, I don’t know about you, but I am obsessed with this stuff. I constantly have a bottle of it in my fridge and I usually sip on it throughout the week. Other times, I drink one in a whole day – totally depends on how I am feeling. But one of my absolutely favorite flavors is the guava. I loooove it. And this past weekend, it inspired this little shooter. (I used GT’s Guava Goddess)
What in the heck is a shooter? My vote is that it is somewhere between a shot and full blown cocktail. (although feel free to make this into a cocktail, by all means!). I just happen to have these lovely little bottles that seemed to fit the bill and viola – my shooter recipe was complete. If you aren’t a food prop hoarder and don’t have perfectly sized shooter bottles, simply use a cocktail glass.
I am keepin things short tonight – tomorrow (errr today I guess, although it is VERY early in the morning) is Friday! Can’t wait to get back into the kitchen this weekend! Hope you guys had an awesome week!
If you guys haven’t checked out this Infused Black Tea + Sweet Honey Whiskey.… you gotta. You will be glad you did 😊
