- Simply place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine.

- Serve as an easy side dish, on some butter lettuce, or any way you want!

- Amounts: this is a super simple salad where the amounts are suggestions, feel free to adjust according to your own taste.
- Apples: highly recommend a crisp, sweet apple, like honey crisp apples, but any variety of fresh apples would work.
