Description

Our delicious and simple Apple Salad Recipe only requires 4 simple ingredients and is perfect for a side dish or quick lunch!


Ingredients

  • 4 honey crisp apples, diced
  • 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup mayo

Instructions

  1. Simply place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Taste & make any adjustments, according to your personal preferences.
  3. Serve as an easy side dish, on some butter lettuce, or any way you want!

Notes

  • Amounts: this is a super simple salad where the amounts are suggestions, feel free to adjust according to your own taste.
  • Apples: highly recommend a crisp, sweet apple, like honey crisp apples, but any variety of fresh apples would work.
