Description

Bring your cooking outside and make Bacon on the Grill for breakfast, BLTs, wraps, or any other recipe that calls for perfectly cooked bacon!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 bacon slices

Instructions

  1. Prep: Preheat the grill to a medium heat of 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top of the foil.
  2. Add Bacon: Spray the wire rack with a non-stick spray and place the pieces of bacon on top. Try to space them out, so they are not touching.
  3. Grill Bacon: Place the entire sheet pan with bacon on the grill grates and close the lid. Let it cook for 10-20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the bacon). Try to keep the heat inside the grill at 400 degrees F for the entire cook time.
  4. Serve: When the bacon reaches your desired crispness, carefully remove it from the grill, and enjoy the bacon any way you want – we LOVE to make Grilled BLTs!

Notes

  • Cook Time: this will vary depending on how thick the bacon slices are and how crisp you like your bacon.
  • Storage: any leftover cooked bacon can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days.
