Description

This Big Mac Sauce recipe is a simple, homemade version of the classic restaurant burger sauce! Perfect for burger night!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a small bowl; stir to combine.
  2. Taste and adjust any flavors to your liking.
  3. Use right away or, for best flavor, cover tightly and place in the refrigerator overnight to let the flavors meld. We love using this on our Big Mac Salad

Notes

  • Gluten-Free: use Tamari in place of the soy sauce to make this gluten-free.
