Our light & fresh Carrot Ginger Salad Dressing recipe tastes just like that Japanese steakhouse dressing and is perfect on any salad!
Ingredients
Scale
- 3/4 cup carrots, peeled & grated
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon shallots, grated (more, if desired)
- 3 teaspoons coconut sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Blend: Put all of the ingredients in a small food processor or blender. Blend on high until fully combined and smooth.
- Serve: Enjoy on your favorite salad – we love our Ginger Salad + Shrimp!
Notes
- Taste: feel free to adjust any of the ingredients to meet your taste preferences.
- Storage: keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
