- 3 large boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 large apple, chopped
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 3 tablespoons red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 2–3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved

Instructions
- Combine: Add all of the prepped ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to combine, taste, and make any adjustments according to your personal preferences.
- Serve: Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for later.
