Description

Our easy and fresh Chicken Salad with Grapes recipe is perfect for enjoying on a bed of lettuce, make a wrap, or a sandwich!


Ingredients

  • 3 large boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 large apple, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 3 tablespoons red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 23 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved

Instructions

  1. Combine: Add all of the prepped ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to combine, taste, and make any adjustments according to your personal preferences.
