Our super simple Chow Mein Sauce recipe is perfect for adding to any of your favorite homemade chow mein recipes!
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup soy sauce (sub coconut aminos or tamari)
- 2 teaspoons ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 3 teaspoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients in a mason jar, secure a lid on top, and shake to combine. Or put them in a small bowl and whisk.
- Pour sauce over the top of your favorite chow mein recipe – we love our Chicken Chow Mein!

- Prep Ahead of Time: option to prepare this sauce ahead of time and store in the fridge until ready to use.
