Description

Our super simple Chow Mein Sauce recipe is perfect for adding to any of your favorite homemade chow mein recipes!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (sub coconut aminos or tamari)
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 3 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a mason jar, secure a lid on top, and shake to combine. Or put them in a small bowl and whisk.
  2. Pour sauce over the top of your favorite chow mein recipe – we love our Chicken Chow Mein!

  • Prep Ahead of Time: option to prepare this sauce ahead of time and store in the fridge until ready to use.
