Description

Blackberry Basil Nice Cream – The perfect after-dinner treat that is dairy-free and vegan!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh basil
  • 2 Tablespoons unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in high-powered blender on low.
  2. Add additional almond milk, 1 Tablespoon at a time, as needed in order to completely blend.
  3. Don’t over-blend.
  4. Place back in freezer for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve and garnish with additional basil.
