Description

Dairy-Free Pumpkin Ginger Root Beer Float – a delicious, dairy-free version of your classic root beer float! Perfect for hot summer days!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 scoops dairy free vanilla ice cream
  • 2 Teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 Teaspoon fresh ginger
  • Zevia Ginger Root Beer

Instructions

  1. Place ice cream in bowl and add fresh ginger and pumpkin spice.
  2. Stir to mix (might have to let it melt a little).
  3. Place back in freezer to let re-freeze.
  4. Place ice cream in tall glass
  5. Pour Zevia Ginger Root Beer over top.
  6. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin spice, as desired.
  7. Feel free to top with whipped coconut cream as well!
