Description

Pumpkin Spice Latte – Warm up with a delicious, dairy-free version of your favorite Pumpkin Spice Latte!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz hot coffee (warmed up cold brew or regular coffee)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons real maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a high powered blender. Blend on medium speed for a good minute or two.
  2. Taste and feel free to add additional maple syrup or other ingredients – everyone’s taste is different!
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Almond milk: option to use your milk of choice (non-dairy milk or dairy milk).
