Description

Dragonfruit Smoothie – an easy, delicious recipe for dragonfruit smoothies! Naturally sweetened and made with simple, real ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen dragonfruit
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 11 1/2 cups unsweetened almondmilk
  • (optional) 1/2 cup plain vanilla dairy-free yogurt

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on HIGH, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary, until smooth.
  3. Add additional splashes of unsweetened almondmilk to thin out, if necessary.
  4. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Serving: makes one large smoothie or it can easily be split into two smaller smoothies.
  • Collagen: feel free to add in a scoop of your favorite collagen or protein powder.
  • Honey: if you want it a touch sweeter feel free to add a teaspoon or so of honey.
  • Dragonfruit: I bought pre-frozen dragonfruit from Target.
