Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (sub avocado oil)
  • 23 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Prep: Take a large piece of aluminum foil and create a tray out of it by folding up the sides (or use a grill pan or grill basket). Place on an outdoor grill and close cover. Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F.
  2. Season Broccoli: Meanwhile, place broccoli in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Using your hands massage the oil into every little nook and cranny of the broccoli.
  3. Grill: Place broccoli in the foil tray and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway. Check broccoli and continue cooking in 2 minute increments, as desired, until it is done to your liking.
  4. Serve: Enjoy with your favorite main dish or add to another recipe!
