A delicious Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad Sandwich recipe that is made without mayo! Packed with flavor and perfect for lunch or dinner!
Ingredients

Chicken Salad:
- 3 cups chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
- 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt (more to taste)
- 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon honey (more to taste)
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup almonds or pecans, slivered
- 1 cup red or green grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced (about 2 stalks)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1–2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest, grated
Additional Ingredients:
- bread slices of your choice
- butter lettuce
Instructions
- Combine all Chicken Salad ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
- Taste and adjust any seasoning or flavor, as-desired.
- Place some butter lettuce on a piece of bread, top with chicken salad and top with a final piece of bread – enjoy!

- Dairy Free: use a plain dairy-free alternative yogurt.
- Gluten Free: if serving on bread, simply pick-up your favorite gluten-free version.
