Grilled Lemons – an easy, step-by-step tutorial that teaches you how to grill lemons (sliced and halved). So easy!

- 1 lemon (cut in half or cut into thick slices)
- olive oil
Instructions
- Ensure your grill grates are clean and set grill to HIGH HEAT.
- Brush your lemon halves or slices with olive (or avocado) oil.
- Place lemons over direct heat 1-2 minute per side or until there are nice char marks across them. For halves you only need to grill the one side.
- Remove from grill and use in your favorite recipe (we love them in this Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup).
Notes
- Can you make them ahead of time: I wouldn’t recommend it. These are best when cooked right before using them.
