Description
Follow along as we show you how to make super easy Grilled Pickles – perfect for adding flavor to all your favorite recipes!
Ingredients
Scale
- 6 pickle spears (homemade refrigerator dill pickles or store-bought)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Prep Grill: Bring your outdoor grill to a medium-high heat and make sure the grill grates are clean.
- Prep Pickles: Put pickle spears on a plate and lightly brush with olive oil on all sides.
- Grill Pickles: Carefully spray the hot grill grates with a non-stick cooking spray and place the pickle spears directly on the grates. Let them cook for about 1 minute, flip and cook another minute. Remove from the grill.
- Serve: Enjoy them any way you want – we love them in our Dill Pickle Chicken Salad or Pickle Chicken Rice Bowl!
Notes
- Pickles: We highly recommend using our easy Refrigerated Dill Pickles! They are so light & refreshing. But if you prefer store-bought pickles, we recommend Claussen Pickles!
