Instructions

  1. Prep Grill: Bring your outdoor grill to a medium-high heat and make sure the grill grates are clean.
  2. Prep Pickles: Put pickle spears on a plate and lightly brush with olive oil on all sides.
  3. Grill Pickles: Carefully spray the hot grill grates with a non-stick cooking spray and place the pickle spears directly on the grates. Let them cook for about 1 minute, flip and cook another minute. Remove from the grill.
  4. Serve: Enjoy them any way you want – we love them in our Dill Pickle Chicken Salad or Pickle Chicken Rice Bowl!
