Our 3-ingredient High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip is an absolutely delicious appetizer that is sure to be a crowd favorite!

  • 1/2 cup Frank’s red hot sauce
  • serving suggestion: stalks of celery for dipping, chopped green onions
