Italian Seasoning – learn how to make homemade Italian Seasoning with this simple recipe made with ingredients you probably already have!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
  • 2 teaspoons dried marjoram leaves
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a small bowl.
  2. Stir to combine. 
  3. Use in your favorite recipe OR store in an airtight container in the pantry away from direct sunlight. 

Notes

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in your pantry for up to 6 months.
  • Make it spicy: you can add a touch of red pepper flakes if you want just a bit of spice!
