Description

Iced London Fog – a delicious iced tea drink for summer! These iced london fog drinks are easy, simple and so delicious!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 earl grey tea bag (feel free to use loose tea if you prefer)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup or more of unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Add water to a small saucepan along with vanilla extract and maple syrup.
  2. Bring to a simmer and then remove from heat and add tea bag. Let steep.
  3. Once done steeping remove the tea bag.  Let cool.
  4. Add ice to glass and pour tea over.
  5. Add in unsweetened almond milk and mix.
  6. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Cold Foam: if you want to get a little fancier you can use cold foam instead of unsweetened almond milk or other dairy-free creamer.
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk Alternatives: feel free to use any dairy-free creamer including this Vanilla Sweet Cream.
  • Make Ahead: you can easily make the tea mixture ahead of time (make it the night before and leave in the fridge overnight) or you can make a large batch by multiplying the recipe.
