Mango Pineapple Salsa – an easy and delicious mango pineapple salsa recipe that is perfect for chips or on tacos!


  • 1 1/2 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
  • (optional) 1 small jalapeno, diced 
  • (optional) 1 avocado, diced (more if you want)
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (more if desired)


  1. Combine ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. 
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Taste and add any additional lime juice or salt, as desired.
  4. Serve with your favorite chips or on these yummy Ahi Tuna Tacos!


  • Storage: in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
  • Serve: this salsa is perfect with your favorite tortilla chips (we love these)!  Or you can toss it on some Ahi Tuna Tacos!
