Description

This Oatmeal Bowl recipe is the perfect way to start your day! It is a nutrient, superfood-packed bowl of warm and healthy goodness!


Ingredients

  • 12 cups cooked oatmeal (per your desired consistency and amount)
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground flax meal
  • 1 tablespoon of nut butter (any type)
  • 1 tablespoon Goji berries
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • optional: almond mlk

Instructions

  1. Cook oatmeal per package instructions.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl of oatmeal.
