The perfect way to start your day is with this nutrient, superfood-packed bowl of warm and healthy goodness.
- 1–2 cups cooked oatmeal (per your desired consistency and amount)
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 1/2 Tablespoon ground flax meal
- 1 Tablespoon of your favorite nut butter (I used Wild Friends Vanilla Almond Butter Protein+)
- 1 Tablespoon Goji berries
- 1 Tablespoon chocolate chips (I used Ghiradelli semi-sweet)
- 1 Teaspoon chia seeds
- Optional: almond mlk
- Cook oatmeal per package instructions.
- Add any or all of the above listed ingredients.
