The perfect way to start your day is with this nutrient, superfood-packed bowl of warm and healthy goodness.


  • 12 cups cooked oatmeal (per your desired consistency and amount)
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 1/2 Tablespoon ground flax meal
  • 1 Tablespoon of your favorite nut butter (I used Wild Friends Vanilla Almond Butter Protein+)
  • 1 Tablespoon Goji berries
  • 1 Tablespoon chocolate chips (I used Ghiradelli semi-sweet)
  • 1 Teaspoon chia seeds
  • Optional: almond mlk


  1. Cook oatmeal per package instructions.
  2. Add any or all of the above listed ingredients.
