Pistachio Latte – this creamy and delicious pistachio latte recipe is perfect for cool mornings! Or make an iced version for hot summer days!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup hot coffee (or hot cold brew)
- 3/4 cup pistachio milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or date syrup)
Instructions
- Pour hot coffee in a mug and set aside.
- Add pistachio milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup into either a milk frother or a small saucepan. Stir to combine. If using a frother simply froth on your normal setting. If using a saucepan, simply warm up pistachio milk.
- Pour warmed/frothed pistachio milk on top of coffee.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- Make it iced: to make it iced simply use cold/iced coffee or cold brew coffee, don’t heat up or froth your pistachio milk and serve over ice! Easy!
