Simple Breakfast Yogurt Toast + Flax and Honey

Simple, beautiful and perfect for those mornings when you are running out the door!



  • 1 piece of gluten-free toast
  • 1/2 Tablespoon of ground flax (and or chia seeds)
  • 1/41/2 cup of your favorite dairy-free yogurt
  • 1/41/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 Tablespoon organic honey


  1. Take toast and sprinkle flax and/or chia seeds on top.
  2. Put yogurt on top and spread with a spoon, making a little bowl out of it.
  3. Add blueberries in the middle of the bowl.
  4. Drizzle with honey.
