Simple, beautiful and perfect for those mornings when you are running out the door!
- 1 piece of gluten-free toast
- 1/2 Tablespoon of ground flax (and or chia seeds)
- 1/4–1/2 cup of your favorite dairy-free yogurt
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon organic honey
- Take toast and sprinkle flax and/or chia seeds on top.
- Put yogurt on top and spread with a spoon, making a little bowl out of it.
- Add blueberries in the middle of the bowl.
- Drizzle with honey.
