Yogurt Toast – Simple, beautiful and perfect for those mornings when you are running out the door!


  • 1 piece of toast (gluten-free works too)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of ground flax (and/or chia seeds)
  • 1/41/2 cup of dairy-free yogurt
  • 1/41/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  1. Take toast and sprinkle flax and/or chia seeds on top.
  2. Place the yogurt on top and spread with a spoon, making a little bowl out of it.
  3. Add blueberries on top of the yogurt and drizzle with honey.


  • Yogurt: we love to use dairy-free yogurt, but you can use any of your favorite yogurt varieties (Greek yogurt, regular yogurt, etc.).
  • Blueberries: this is the fruit we used, but this easy recipe would also be great with raspberries, blackberries, banana slices, strawberries, etc.
