Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Love Beets organic cooked beets, sliced
  • 1 large heirloom tomato, sliced
  • 2 tomatillos, sliced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • Approx. 10 fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Take platter and arrange large heirloom tomatoes, add Love Beets organic cooked beets, tomatillos and then cherry tomatoes.
  2. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Serve immediately.

  • Makes a perfect appetizer or side salad!
