The Best  Grilled Turkey

Allow your turkey to thaw and come to room temperature

Remove the hock lock and tie legs together with twine

Pat turkey dry and apply generous amounts of butter or ghee

Season with salt & pepper

Stuff the inside of your turkey with orange, garlic, & onion or the stuffing of your choice

Place your turkey in the center of your grill and baste once or twice while it cooks

Let turkey rest & enjoy!
