Smoked Baby Back Ribs
Remove the thin layer of connective tissue
Pat dry
Rub with worcestershire sauce
Rub with yellow mustard
Mix dry rub ingredients together and rub on ribs
Place on the smoker at 225 degrees
Spray with your Mop every 45-60 minutes
Towards the end remove the ribs, rub down with BBQ sauce, & return to the smoker at 350
