Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of your favorite coconut yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • optional additions: 1/2 tablespoon flax or 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • garnish: coconut flakes, chia seeds, granola, fresh blueberries, edible flowers, almond butter

Instructions
