This Big Mac Sauce recipe is a simple, homemade version of the classic restaurant burger sauce! Perfect for burger night!
Ingredients
1/2cupmayo
1/4cupketchup
1tablespoondill pickle relish
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoonsoy sauce
1/2teaspoonrice vinegar
1/4teaspoonpaprika
1/4teaspoonkosher salt
1/8teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Combine: In a small bowl add 1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, & 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper; stir to combine.
Taste: Adjust any flavors to your liking.
Serve: Use right away or, for best flavor, cover tightly and place in the refrigerator overnight to let the flavors meld. We love using this on our Big Mac Salad!
