A creamy and delicious homemade Chipotle Ranch Dressing recipe that is perfect for your favorite Tex Mex salads!
Ingredients
1/2cupmayo
1/2cupsour creamreg. or dairy-free
1 1/2teaspoondried dill weed
1tablespoon+ 1 teaspoon dried parsley leaves
1 1/2teaspoondried chives
1teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoonkosher salt
1/8teaspoonground black pepper
1/2teaspoondijon mustard
1/2teaspoongarlicminced
1teaspoonlime juice
2teaspoonsred wine vinegar
3tablespoonschipotle peppers in adobo saucechopped (more if desired)
Instructions
Add ingredients to a small blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Taste and add additional chipotle peppers, as desired, and blend again.
Store in the refrigerator or use immediately on your favorite salad - we love this one on our Chopped Tex Mex Salad!
Notes
Flavor: the flavors tend to deepen and become better if you can store it overnight in the refrigerator - but it is still good if you use it right away!
