A delicious and festive cranberry moscow mule recipe that is perfect holiday drink at your next dinner party this holiday season!
Ingredients
⅓cupfresh cranberries
¼cupwater
ice cubes
8ouncesginger beer
4ouncesvodka
2ounceslime juice
Optional Garnish:
fresh cranberries
sprig of rosemary
lime wedge
cinnamon stick
Instructions
Burst Cranberries: Place ⅓ cup fresh cranberries in a small saucepan with ¼ cup water and bring to a boil until cranberries burst. Smash cranberries with a fork. Reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Let cool.
Combine: Add ice cubes to two small glasses or copper moscow mule mugs. In each glass, add 4 ounces ginger beer, 2 ounces vodka, 1 ounces lime juice, and 2 tablespoons of the smashed cranberries.
Serve: Garnish as desired and enjoy!
Notes
Mocktail: option to leave out the vodka and check the label of the ginger beer. Most ginger beers don't have any alcohol in them.
Serve a Crowd: option to make a larger batch of smashed cranberries to store in the fridge as use as needed at your next holiday party. Boil 1 cup of cranberries in 3/4 cup of water to make up to 7 drinks.
