Ingredients
3-4large pieces of chicken skinmore or less as desired
paprika
kosher salt and ground black pepper
Instructions
Prep: Preheat oven to 350℉. Take cookie sheet and lay a piece of parchment paper down.
Season: Place 3-4 large pieces of chicken skin on the parchment-lined sheet pan. Sprinkle with paprika, kosher salt and ground black pepper.
Flatten: Lay another piece of parchment paper on top of the skins. Then place another cookie sheet on top to flatten.
Bake: Move to the oven to bake for 45 minutes. If you want them less crispy, remove second cookie sheet after 30 minutes and then put back in the oven for the remaining 20-25 minutes.
