Sesame Ginger Dressing - a delicious and easy sesame ginger dressing recipe that is perfect for your favorite salad!
Ingredients
1/4teaspoongingerminced or grated
3tablespoonsrice vinegar
2tablespoonssoy saucesub Tamari for gluten-free
1/4teaspoonfish sauce
1teaspoonextra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
1teaspooncoconut sugar
2teaspoonsgarlicminced
1teaspoonlime juice
1/4teaspoonsesame oil
Instructions
Add ingredients to a mason jar and cover tightly.
Shake until fully combined.
Alternatively, add ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
Pour over your favorite salad - we love using this on our Poke Salad!
Notes
Double it: feel free to double this recipe if you need a bigger batch.
Gluten-Free: to make this gluten-free use Tamari or coconut aminos instead of soy sauce.
Red Pepper Flakes: toss some in for a little bit of a kick.
Storage: store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 6-7 days. Whisk to combine before using, as ingredients will separate while sitting. It is one of our favorite things to meal prep because it might even be better the next day!
