Description

Our delicious and creamy Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing recipe is so simple to make and can be enjoyed on anything!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 of a small avocado, cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • zest of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, more to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend: Put all of the dressing ingredients in a small food processor or blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  2. Taste: Taste and add additional salt, lime or cilantro – as desired.
  3. Serve: Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for later! We love it on our Ground Beef Taco Bowl!

Notes

  • Dairy Free: simply use a plain/unsweetened dairy free yogurt alternative.
  • Taste: feel free to adjust the lime juice, salt, etc. to your personal preference.
  • Storage: place leftover dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
