What You Will Need
Be sure to see the recipe card below for a full listing of ingredients, instructions, and estimated nutritional information.

- plain Greek yogurt & mayo – The base that gives this homemade salad dressing its creamy texture.
- fresh cilantro – Our favorite herb for adding the perfect amount of freshness and amazing flavor.
- avocado – Adds the best creaminess complete with plant based fats. A ripe avocado will give a little bit when lightly squeezed.
- lime juice and lime zest – Just a bit of acid to balance out the creamy flavors.
- dijon mustard, garlic, and red wine vinegar – Hard working ingredients that add a depth of flavor.
Chick Fil A Copycat Dressing?
Honestly, no. We didn’t even know that Chick-Fil-A had an avocado lime ranch dressing prior to making this recipe, but apparently it’s a customer favorite. We’re not sure what all goes into theirs, but we pride ourselves in using fresh herbs and simple ingredients without the preservatives to get the best tasting dressing possible.
How To Make Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing

How to Serve
One of our favorite ways to enjoy this easy dressing is on our ground beef taco bowls, but it could also be used as a dipping sauce for veggies, tortilla chips, or dare we suggest homemade chicken nuggets? We also love it drizzled on top of tacos, rice bowls, or enchiladas that need a punch of flavor and freshness.
