Description

Our classic, delicious and flavorful Broccoli Bacon Salad recipe is the perfect side dish for any family gathering or special occasion!


Ingredients

Salad:

  • 46 pieces cooked bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 46 cups fresh broccoli florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup yellow raisins
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Salad Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Dressing: Combine Dressing ingredients in a small bowl; stir until creamy and smooth.
  • Assemble Salad: Add Salad ingredients to a large bowl. Pour Dressing over top; stir to combine.
  • Serve: Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge until ready to serve!

Notes

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Please note, the broccoli may get a little softer as it sits in the mayo. 
  • Cheese: feel free to add 1/3 cup of shredded cheese (dairy-free or otherwise).
