Description

Our super simple Garlic White Sauce recipe is full of flavor and the perfect compliment to so many different recipes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • pinch of ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a bowl; stir to combine.
  2. Taste and add additional cumin, salt or lemon juice – as desired.
  3. Use immediately or cover tightly and store in the refrigerator until use.

Notes

  • Dairy-Free: you can sub a plain/unsweetened dairy-free yogurt instead of the plain Greek yogurt.
  • Serving: we love serving this with some Chicken Shawarma or on a Chicken Shawarma Bowl!
