Our quick and easy Gochujang Mayo recipe is the perfect way to add great flavor to any meal with only 5 simple ingredients!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon gochujang hot pepper paste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon rice vinegar
- pinch of kosher salt
Instructions
- Combine: Put all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix to combine.
- Taste + Serve: Taste and adjust any flavors, if needed. Enjoy with your favorite recipe – we love to serve with our Sheet Pan Chicken Thighs dinner!
Notes
- Mayo: option to make with your favorite store-bought mayo or make our homemade mayonnaise!
- Spice Level: feel free to add more or less gochujang depending on your personal preferences.
