Description

Our quick and easy Gochujang Mayo recipe is the perfect way to add great flavor to any meal with only 5 simple ingredients!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon gochujang hot pepper paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • pinch of kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Combine: Put all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Taste + Serve: Taste and adjust any flavors, if needed. Enjoy with your favorite recipe – we love to serve with our Sheet Pan Chicken Thighs dinner!

Notes

  • Mayo: option to make with your favorite store-bought mayo or make our homemade mayonnaise!
  • Spice Level: feel free to add more or less gochujang depending on your personal preferences.
