Description
An easy and flavorful Hibachi Noodle recipe that is packed with flavor and the whole family will love! A great main or side dish!
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1–2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, (sub avocado oil)
- 8.2 oz Udon Noodles*
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, more if desired (sub Tamari for gluten-free)
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Garlic Butter: Combine butter and garlic in small bowl, stir to combine. Set aside.
- Warm Up Noodles: Bring Blackstone/flat-top to high heat. Add oil and use spatula to spread evenly over the middle of the pan. Carefully add noodles and move around. They tend to stick together and break easily so let them warm up a bit and they will start to toss more easily.
- Season Noodles: Add 2 tablespoons of garlic butter to the Blackstone and move the noodles around in it. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, toss to combine. As the noodles continue to warm up add another 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve: Remove noodles and serve immediately. We love serving these with some Hibachi Chicken or Hibachi Steak.
Notes
- *Noodles: we used Ka-Me Stir Fry Noodles, Udon
- Soy Sauce: feel free to use Tamari or coconut aminos to make gluten free noodles – you could also use our Stir-Fry Sauce, if you prefer!
