Description

Scallion Cream Cheese – turn your plain cream cheese into an elevated Scallion Cream Cheese! So easy and perfect for lox bagels!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain cream cheese spread (regular or dairy-free)
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup scallions, sliced (use more or less, as desired)

Instructions

  1. Measure out the ingredients.
  2. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix them together with a spoon until they are fully combined.
  4. Alternatively, you can add the ingredients to a food processor and pulse a few times to combine.
  5. Enjoy any way you want!

Notes

  • Serving: this is amazing on an Ultimate Lox Bagel – or serve with veggies or on wraps!
  • Storage: simply place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 7-10 days.
