Description

Our Vanilla Oatmeal Smoothie Bowl is a delicious, dairy-free smoothie bowl recipe that is easy to throw together and a healthy way to start your day!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 5.3 oz dairy-free yogurt 
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2/3 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/3 cup other assorted frozen fruit*
  • 1/4 cup flax seed
  • 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor.
  2. Cover tightly and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  3. Taste and add additional yogurt if desired thickness is not reached; add ice cubes if not cold enough; add more frozen fruit, if you want!
  4. Serve with additional oats sprinkled on top, as well as fresh fruit.

  • *Frozen Fruit: use any variety of frozen fruit, like strawberries, blackberries, pomegranate, raspberries.
