Homemade Marinara Sauce

Cut your onion, peel the garlic, & place in a large dutch oven

Next, ALL the tomatoes

Then the seasonings & herbs

Finally, the olive oil and red wine (or pomegranate juice)

Mix it all together

Roast for a few hours in the oven until it cooks down

Blend in batches in a blender or with an immersion blender in the pot

Store for later, OR...

Enjoy right away!
