How To Smoke a Turkey Breast

Brine your turkey breast

Pat turkey breasts dry with a paper towel

Rub with softened butter

Sprinkle with kosher salt & black pepper

Place on smoker rack - smoke 2 hours at 215 degrees F - then at 350 degrees F until fully cooked.

Smoke turkey breasts until the internal temperature is 165° F

Baste and let rest for up to 30 minutes

Slice & enjoy!
