Ingredients
4bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1teaspoonkosher salt
½teaspoononion powder
½teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoonpaprika
¼teaspoonground black pepper
2teaspoonolive oilor avocado oil
Instructions
Prep: Preheat air fryer to 390℉ for approx. 5 minutes. Pat 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs dry with clean paper towel.
Dry Rub: In a small bowl, add 1 teaspoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon paprika, and ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper. Stir to combine.
Season Chicken: Drizzle chicken with 2 teaspoon olive oil and rub all over. Season generously with the dry rub ensuring the chicken is fully coated.
Air Fry: Place chicken thighs in air fryer basket and let cook 9-12 minutes per side, but start checking the internal temperature after approx. 15-16 minutes just in case your air fryer runs hot. Remove from air fryer when chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165℉. Set aside on a plate and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
