Almond Flour Brownies - a decadent and delicious recipe for almond flour brownies that is ready in no time! So good!
Ingredients
½cupalmond flour
½cupcoconut sugar
½cupcocoa powder
⅓cupcassava flour
¾teaspoonground coffeeoptional
¼teaspoonkosher salt
⅛teaspoonbaking powder
½cupbuttermelted
3tablespoonsunsweetened almond milk
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2eggs
½cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips(more for topping, if desired)
sea saltoptional
Instructions
Prep: Preheat oven to 400℉. Spray 9x9 pan with olive oil or nonstick of your choice.
Dry Ingredients: In medium bowl combine ½ cup almond flour, ½ cup coconut sugar, ½ cup cocoa powder, ⅓ cup cassava flour, ¾ teaspoon ground coffee, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt and ⅛ teaspoon baking powder. Whisk to combine ensuring all clumps are broken up. Set aside.
Wet Ingredients: In another medium mixing bowl, add the melted butter, 3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; stir to combine. Add in 2 eggs and whisk to combine.
Combine: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir to combine. Fold in ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. If you feel the consistency is too dry simply add in another tablespoon of almond milk and stir to combine.
Bake: Pour into the prepared baking pan and spread out evenly with spatula. Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips and/or sea salt, if desired. Bake for 18-20 minutes, middle rack.
Cool + Serve: Remove and let cool before serving. Cut and enjoy!

Dairy-Free: you can substitute plant-based butter and use dairy-free chocolate chips to make this dairy-free.
