Our delicious and creamy Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing recipe is so simple to make and can be enjoyed on anything!
Ingredients

plain Greek yogurt

mayo
▢

fresh cilantro
▢
1/2
of a small avocado
cut into chunks
▢

tablespoon
lime juice
▢
zest of 1 lime
▢

teaspoon
dijon mustard
▢

teaspoon
garlic
minced
▢

teaspoons
red wine vinegar
▢

teaspoon
onion powder
▢
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
▢
1/2
teaspoon
kosher salt
more to taste

teaspoon
ground black pepper
Instructions
Blend
: Put all of the dressing ingredients in a small food processor or blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Taste
: Taste and add additional salt, lime or cilantro - as desired.
Serve
: Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for later! We love it on our

Dairy Free
: simply use a plain/unsweetened dairy free yogurt alternative.
Taste
: feel free to adjust the lime juice, salt, etc. to your personal preference.
Storage
: place leftover dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
