Blackberry Cucumber Gin and Tonic Recipe

Our super easy Blackberry Cucumber Gin and Tonic is a sweet and crisp version of the classic cocktail - perfect for summer!
Ingredients

fresh blackberries
divided
▢
3
slices
cucumber
quartered (for muddling)
▢
3-4
slices
cucumber
▢
ice cubes
▢
1
tablespoon
rose's lime juice
▢
1.5 - 2
ounces
of the gin of your choice
▢
4
oz
tonic water
more if desired
Instructions
Place 5 blackberries and the quartered cucumber slices in the bottom of your cup and smash with a muddler.
Add as much ice as you would like to a tall cocktail glass. Add lime juice and gin; swirl around with the blackberries and cucumbers.
Add tonic and garnish with the rest of the blackberries and cucumber slices.
Notes
Gin
: I love a good Bombay Sapphire, but feel free to use whichever brand you prefer.
Frozen Blackberries
: option to use these, but make sure they thaw for a bit before muddling.
