Our super easy Blackberry Cucumber Gin and Tonic is a sweet and crisp version of the classic cocktail - perfect for summer!
Ingredients
6cucumber slicesdivided
8fresh blackberriesdivided
ice cubes
1.5 - 2ouncesgin
1tablespoonrose's lime juice
4ouncestonic watermore if desired
Instructions
Muddle: Quarter 3 cucumber slices and place them in the bottom of a glass with 5 blackberries. Smash these with a muddler.
Pour: Add as many ice cubes as you would like to the glass. Add 1.5 - 2 ounces gin and 1 tablespoon rose's lime juice; swirl around with the muddled blackberries and cucumbers.
Serve: Add 4 ounces tonic water and garnish with the rest of the blackberries and cucumber slices.

Notes
Gin: I love a good Bombay Sapphire, but feel free to use whichever brand you prefer.
Frozen Blackberries: option to use these, but make sure they thaw for a bit before muddling.
