Our light & fresh Carrot Ginger Salad Dressing recipe tastes just like that Japanese steakhouse dressing and is perfect on any salad!
Ingredients

extra virgin olive oil

rice vinegar

tablespoons
soy sauce

ginger
grated

shallots
grated (more, if desired)

teaspoons
coconut sugar

teaspoon
kosher salt
Instructions
Blend
: Put all of the ingredients in a small food processor or blender. Blend on high until fully combined and smooth.
Serve
: Enjoy on your favorite salad!
