Creamer: Take a popsicle mold and add approximately 1-2 tablespoons of oat milk creamer to each well. Place in the freezer for 4 hours to allow the creamer to partially freeze.
Coffee: Remove from freezer and fill the remaining portion of the popsicle mold with 2 ½ cups espresso coffee (or coffee of choice).
Freeze: Place a popsicle stick in each section of the popsicle mold and place it all in the freezer overnight.
Serve: Enjoy the next day!

Measurements - amounts of the creamer and cold brew coffee needed will vary depending upon the size of popsicle mold you are using.
