Our delicious Creamy Coffee Popsicles are a super easy and refreshing summer treat! Made with only 2 simple ingredients, it is the perfect way to cool down in the afternoon!
The Best Coffee Popsicles
The whole family loves a good homemade popsicle recipe and this one is for the adults to join in on the fun, plus get a little mid-day pick-up! We also love that this recipe card is completely dairy-free. These creamy popsicles will definitely be on regular rotation at our house all summer long, in addition to Strawberry Shortcake Popsicles and Coconut Key Lime Popsicles!
What You Will Need
- oat milk creamer – just pick some up at your local grocery store or make some homemade oat milk!
- espresso or mocha cold brew coffee – option to purchase the store-bought version or whip up some cold brew coffee in your own kitchen.
How To Make Coffee Popsicles
In a popsicle mold, add approximately 1-2 tablespoons of oat creamer. Place in the freezer for 4 hours to allow the creamer to partially freeze. Remove from freezer and fill the remaining portion of the popsicle molds with espresso cold brew coffee. Place a popsicle sticks in the popsicle mold and place it all in the freezer overnight.
Remove frozen popsicles from the mold and enjoy!

- 2 1/2 cups espresso or mocha cold brew coffee
Instructions
- Take a popsicle mold and add approximately 1-2 tablespoons of oat milk creamer.
