Creamy Coffee Popsicles (Dairy-Free) – a super simple and refreshing summer treat!

The perfect summer treat!
The weather is warm and it is time for ALL the delicious summer treats! These Creamy Cold Brew Popsicles are a favorite of mine (in part because they are SO easy)! Perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up!! Made with Califia Farms Vanilla Oat Creamer and XX Espresso (or Mocha) Cold Brew Coffee – these popsicles are sure to be a hit!
How to Make Coffee Popsicles
- Take a popsicle mold and add approximately 1-2 tablespoons of Califia Farms Oat Creamer.
- Place in the freezer for 4 hours to allow the creamer to partially freeze.
- Remove from freezer and fill the remaining portion of the popsicle molds with Califia Farms XX Espresso or Mocha Cold Brew Coffee.
- Place a popsicle stick in the popsicle mold and place it all in the freezer overnight.

- 1 1/4 cups Califia Farms Oat Milk Creamer
- 2 1/2 cups Califia Farms XX Espresso or Mocha Cold Brew Coffee
Instructions
