Our Creamy Coffee Popsicles are a super simple, delicious and refreshing treat you will enjoy all summer long!
Ingredients
1x
2x

1 1/4
cups
oat milk creamer
▢
2 1/2
cups
espresso or mocha cold brew coffee
Instructions
Take a
popsicle mold
and add approximately 1-2 tablespoons of oat milk creamer.
Place in the freezer for 4 hours to allow the creamer to partially freeze.
Remove from freezer and fill the remaining portion of the popsicle mold with espresso or mocha cold brew coffee.
Place a popsicle stick in each section of the popsicle mold and place it all in the freezer overnight.

Measurements
- amounts of the creamer and cold brew coffee needed will vary depending upon the size of popsicle mold you are using -
