A creamy, delicious Avocado Cream Sauce recipe that goes perfectly with roasted cauliflower, tacos, rice bowls, just about anything!
Ingredients
1avocadocubed
½cupfresh cilantroroughly chopped
½cupunsweetened almond milkmore, if desired
1tablespoonfresh lime juice
¼teaspoonkosher salt
Instructions
Combine: In a small food processor, add 1 avocado, ½ cup fresh cilantro, ½ cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, and ¼ teaspoon kosher salt. Blend until you have reached a smooth consistency.
Adjust: Add additional almond milk for a thinner sauce or additional salt or lime juice, as desired for taste.
Serve: Enjoy any way you want!
